Mrs. Avis Graham
Mrs. Avis Graham is the current President of the Bursars’ Association of Jamaica. She has served the Association as Secretary for seven years. She has recently retired from the Happy Grove High School where she worked as Secretary/ Bursar for over twenty (20) years. Prior to this she worked as Secretary/Bursar at the Holy Trinity High School for ten (10) years.
She is an ordained Elder at the Sandy Park Seventy Day Adventist Church with responsibilities for Family Life, Women and Children Ministries Treasurer and, Mentor for girls ages 10-19 years.
Mrs. Graham is a lover of plants, especially orchids.
Mr. Patrick Patterson
Mr. Patrick Patterson is the current Bursar at Campion College. He has been the Bursar since 2007. Prior to this he worked at the Jessie Ripoll Primary School for 17 ½ years.
Mr. Patterson currently hold a Masters in Accounting Degree from The University of the West Indies, Mona. He aspires to be a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Jamaica and to one day becoming a Chartered Accountant.
He is a lover of sport, especially motor sport, and races at the Dover & Jamwest Raceways in Jamaica.
He is married to Camielle who also works in the education sector.

Crosby is the Acting Bursar of the Kingston Technical High School. He has been with the institution from 1995. He started out as a clerical assistant but his ambitions pushed him to improve his qualifications over the years.

A stickler for details, with a creative mind and a passion for equality; former President and current Industrial Relations Officer of the Bursars Association of Jamaica, Director of Finance and Operations at Bishop Gibson High School. Portia Holness serves as Delegate at National Workers Union, Director of the Kiwanis Club of Junction, Vice Chairman Cheapside Early Children, Steward at Lititz Moravian Church, Executive member of Junction Development Council and member of the Bishop Gibson High Alumni.

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS OFFICER
Ms. Totlyn Bryan Studied at the Media Technology Institute, University of West Indies – Open Campus, Heart Trust NTA, International Institute of Christian Ministries, Extra Touch Beauty Salon, and Clairol through Mead Johnson, Jamaica. She is certified in the areas of Voice and Speech, Radio Announcing and Presentation, Supervisory Management, Church Leadership from the Central Jamaica Conference of Seventh-day Adventists, Trained Cosmetologist and Hair Colourist. She has held several administrative positions at Hayes Primary and Junior High School where she serves as Bursar since 2003, Consumables Direct Sales, Management Control Systems, Longville Park Farms, and Vere Technical High School. She also volunteered with the Jamaica Foundation for Cardiac Disease counselling patients who were scheduled to undergo open heart surgery. She is an executive member of the Bursars’ Association of Jamaica as Vice President for Region 6 and Public Relations Officer and member of the Region 6 Bursars’ Association executive.
A single mother of sons, Miss Bryan is best described as a survivor having herself undergone two open heart surgeries and brain surgery. She is a Seventh-day Adventist having served her church the Hayes Seventh-day Adventist in the capacity of Sabbath School Superintendent, Education Sponsor, Church Clerk, Adventist Youth Leader, Treasurer and AY Federation Officer. She is known for her problem-solving skills. Her wealth of knowledge and experience covers the fields of health, information technology, public relations and education.
Living by the mantra “If I can help somebody as I pass along then my living shall not be in vain”, Ms. Bryan is always extending herself to help persons in various capacities in her sphere of influence. She enjoys seeing people empowered to strive for personal improvement.
Her hobbies include reading, singing, dancing, board and word games, and gardening.
Miss Bryan has made presentations as Emcee at the Administrative Professionals Day Awards Luncheon hosted by Bursars’ Association of Jamaica at Jamaica Pegasus, at Northern Caribbean University at the launch of the Finance and Accounting Club, Hayes Primary & Junior High Prize-Giving Guest Speaker 2018, Emcee at various retreats and awards functions as well as Hunts Pen SDA Church Harvest, Guest Speaker at the National Council on Drug Abuse World Tobacco Day Function in Mandeville. Additionally, she presents as chairperson for church functions and community events. She also sings for church functions.

Zuri Thompson-Purcell is a consummate public servant who has served at different levels of the education system for over sixteen years. For the last year and a half, I having serving in the capacity of Bursar at the Titchfield High School in Portland.

Odeen Kenrick Smith
My life epitomizes the saying, my life is a gift from God and what I do with my life is my gift to God. The second of two children of Etta Facey. Clarendonian by birth, I lived in the community of Coffals for most of my life. I attended the Race Course SDA Basic School, Race Course Primary School and then transitioned to Kemps Hill High School after sitting the Common Entrance Examinations.
During my high school years | was groomed for leadership being selected as a Prefect from grade 10. I graduated in July 1997 with a Secondary School Leaving Certificate. After leaving High School at seventeen years old all I worked at the Ministry of Health as a Records Technician. In fulfilling my career dream of being an accountant, I applied to Bethlehem Moravian College and was accepted. Upon completing my Associate Degree in Business Studies, I gained employment as an Assistant bursar at Kemps Hill High. I, then moved on to Rhodes Hall High, during this time I commenced my Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting at the Montego Bay Community College.
My quest for education did not end there I again enrolled at Bethlehem Moravian College, this time in the Teacher Education Programme, achieving a Diploma in Teaching — Secondary ( Business Studies). Since then, | have acquired the role of being the Bursar at Knockalva Agricultural School, now Knockalva Polytechnic College. I am currently enrolled in Associate Evangelism Programme. I am married to Tiffany Grant Smith. I believe in giving service, thus, I have served in various capacities as a Lay Reader, Chalice bearer, People’s Warden of the St. Bartholomew Anglican church, Youth Minister and Deanery Youth Coordinator for the parish of Hanover in the Anglican Church. I also serve on the Hanover 4-H Clubs Parish Advisory Board committee. I have been serving as Vice- President of the Bursars Association — Region 4 since 2017. Prior to holding the position of Vice- President, I was the Hanover Parish Representative. L also believe in the words of Martin Luther King — ‘It is never the wrong time to do the right thing.’ This means I am always in pursuit of getting it right in my personal life and my professional life.

ST. ANDREW PARISH REPRESENTATIVE
A native of the Parish of St. Thomas Mr. Noel Williamson joined the staff of Seaforth High School in the Parish of St. Thomas in September 1995 as an Assistant Bursar. In 2006 when the Bursar retired he was appointed to the post of Bursar.
His passion to serve the Bursars’ Association is admirable, as he has served in several capacities. He was the Public Relations Officer for three (3) years 2008 – 2011. He also produced the first magazine and several calendars during this period.
He served in the capacity as Vice President for Region II for the period 2017/2018, and served on several occasions as the St. Thomas Parish Representative. Mr. Williamson is currently serving as Parish Rep. for 2018/2019 Administrative period. He has also served as Campaign Manager for several candidates for Executive positions in the annual elections at the General Conferences.
Mr. Williamson is a Graduate of the Morant Bay High School (1991), Camperdown High School (1993), the University of Technology (2002), Vocational Training & Development Institute (VTDI – 2005) and the York University (2015). He currently holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Technology, a Post Diploma in Education from VTDI and a second Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the York University.
Presently, Mr. Williamson is the Chairman of the Board of Governors at the Yallahs Primary School which is the largest Primary Institution in Region II.
Mr. Williamson is married and has two (2) boys. He is a no-nonsense individual with a charismatic personality, which is a reflection of his birthday which is Christmas Day.

Prior to Bustamante High School, Mrs Jones served as Bursar for Ebony Grove High School also in Clarendon from November 2006 to August 2011. She presently serves as Chairperson for the Goshen Basic School and was Miss Southwest Clarendon 2000 queen.
